		<description>I suppose you could cut the recipe in half to make a smaller batch. Since canning can sometimes be a lot of work usually most people prefer to make large batches to preserve for later use.
For smaller batches you would need to experiment a bit to get the right amount of spices there is no reason you can't make this in a single jar and just store in the refrigerator instead of canning it.</description>
